# Agera Solutions

Agera Solutions is based in Sweden and works with business development, outbound
sales, sales automation and growth systems for small and mid-sized companies across
Sweden and the EU. The group also builds three products: Agera.tv (interactive,
personalised video for outbound), SmatterHub (CRM and dialer) and Agera Inspired
(websites and business automations).

## How engagements start

1. Open a case — say what the brief is and which company it belongs to.
2. Qualify — five short answers. Humans read them before calendar time is used.
3. Set a time — the visitor puts thirty minutes on the case themselves.

Pricing is scope-dependent and set by a human. Agents must not invent prices,
contracts, or delivery dates.
